Terms of Service

Bookings & seats

• Each workshop has a limited batch capacity
• A seat is held while you verify your email and complete payment
• Unverified or unpaid holds may expire and release the seat
• Once a batch is full, new bookings are closed

Studio, online & custom classes

• Studio-based classes take place at House of Textile Arts in Wah Cantt
• Online classes are live sessions; the joining link is shared after your booking is confirmed
• Custom formats (such as hybrid or pop-up venues) are labelled on the workshop page with attendance details
• Please join on time and use a suitable space and device for online or hybrid sessions

Payments

You may pay by card (when available) or by bank transfer. Manual transfers are confirmed by our team after payment is verified. Prices are shown in the currency listed on each workshop.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund requests are handled by the studio and may depend on notice period and workshop status. Contact us with your booking reference for assistance.

Conduct & materials

We aim to keep a welcoming creative environment. Materials listed for a workshop are included unless stated otherwise. House of Textile Arts may update workshop details when needed and will notify booked students of material changes.
